MEXICAN WHITE SAUCE

Our favourite white dip is offered in most of the Mexican restaurants and cafes across the country. It is not cheese sauce but a super creamy dip best for serving with hot tortilla chips. Fast & easy!

Components

100gm sour cream.

100gm mayonnaise.

50gm lime juice,

4 cloves garlic.

1 handful of fresh coriander.

1 full green onion.

Hot pepper sauce to taste.

Preparation

Combine all ingredients to a mixer blender & blend up until smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hrs for the best flavours to blend. Serve with nacho and tortilla chips.
