PRAWN SALAD




INGREDIANTS:

900 gm raw prawns

100 gm celery, chopped

450 gm canned pineapple pieces, drained

75 gm raisins

125 ml mayonnaise

2 tsp curry powder

Four pita bread

Four leaves of lettuce


PROCEDURE:

1-In a heavy-bottomed pan, boil some water.

2-Add the prawns and also continue to cook till they transform pink.

3-Once done, drain the water.

4-Peel and devein the prawn skin.

5-In a medium mixing dish, combine the boiled prawn with the rest of the      ingredients, except the pitta bread and lettuce.

6-Mix well.

7-Now, cool this mix in the fridge at least for an hr.

8-Do not forget to add the pita bread (broken into items) ,lettuce AND little bit of mayonnaise before serving.
